These terms apply to Postiz Local (the "App"), operated by Mina Matta. The App is a private, self-hosted tool used only by its owner to schedule and publish content to social media accounts the owner controls.

Use of the App

The App is not offered to the public. Only the owner and accounts the owner manages may use it. Use of the App must follow the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Content

The owner is responsible for all content published through the App and confirms they have the rights to it. The App does not claim ownership of any content.

Third-party platforms

The App connects to third-party services through their official APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Access can be revoked at any time from each platform's settings.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Mina Matta is not liable for any loss resulting from its use or from changes or outages of third-party platforms.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
