Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Postiz Local (the "App"), operated by Mina Matta, handles information. The App is a private, self-hosted scheduling tool. It is used only by its owner to publish content to social media accounts that the owner controls (including RivlixPlay and Xplainfy). It is not offered to the public.

Information we access

• Basic profile information of the connected accounts (such as account ID, display name, username and profile picture).
• Access tokens issued by the platforms (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram and Facebook/Meta) when the owner connects an account.
• Videos, images and captions that the owner uploads to be published, and basic statistics about those posts.

How we use it

This information is used only to show which accounts are connected, to publish and schedule the owner's own content, and to display basic post statistics to the owner. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Storage and security

All data is stored on the owner's own computer in a private database. Tokens are kept only as long as an account stays connected. Connections are made over encrypted HTTPS.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Content is sent only to the platform it is being published to, at the owner's request.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account in the App deletes its stored token. You can also revoke the App's access at any time in the settings of TikTok, Google, Instagram or Facebook. To request deletion of any data, email xplainfyshorts@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

The App is not directed to children and is not used to collect data from them.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
